To help communities raise awareness about victims’ rights and services, we are pleased to announce the online release of the 2022 NCVRW theme artwork.

This office is responsible for ensuring that the investigation and prosecution of a terrorist attack remains a high priority within the U.S. Department of Justice and providing information and support to victims and their families during the criminal justice process.

This cooperative agreement will enable an organization to provide financial and technical assistance to approximately 50 communities nationwide to conduct public awareness activities on crime victims’ rights and services in their jurisdictions during the 2022 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.

This 2.5-minute video describes the help that is available for victims of crime by recognizing the effects of crime, identifying certain victims' rights that are guaranteed in most states, and describing services available from state victim compensation and assistance programs.
