It collaborates with other women’s antiviolence organizations to provide accessible services for people with disabilities, including 24-hour response for victims who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.

Through a partnership with Safe Passage, a Northampton-based agency offering services, advocacy, and shelter to women, men, and children who have experienced domestic violence, the center serves three counties in Western Massachusetts, including rural Hampshire County.
