The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) Human Trafficking Data Dashboard provides an overview of key performance measure data collected by multiple OVC discretionary programs that support services for survivors of human trafficking.

The following programs can be found on the OVC Human Trafficking Grants & Funding page and are included in the dashboard below:

Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking – Victim Service Provider and Law Enforcement

Law enforcement and victim service applicants both apply for funding to develop and expand a multidisciplinary, collaborative task force approach to better respond to human trafficking through increased victim identification, service provision, and case investigations.

Housing Assistance for Victims of Human Trafficking Program

The primary focus of this program is to provide rapid rehousing (i.e., transitional housing and supportive services that assist human trafficking victims in moving as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieving stability).  

Services for Minor Victims of Sex Trafficking

This program is designed to enhance the quality and quantity of services available to assist victims of human trafficking under the age of 18.

Services for Victims of Human Trafficking Program

The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, and strengthen victim service programs for victims of all forms of human trafficking throughout the United States and its territories. This program provides funding for comprehensive and specialized services for victims of all forms of human trafficking and is intended for victim services programs serving adults or a combination of adults and minors/youth.

Improving Outcomes for Child and Youth Victims of Human Trafficking

The purpose of this program is to develop, enhance, and coordinate programs and activities geared toward improving outcomes for child and youth victims of sex and labor trafficking. Outcomes for child and youth victims of human trafficking will be improved through the development and implementation of a statewide or Tribal jurisdiction-wide strategic plan addressing challenge related to identifying and serving child and youth victims of sex and labor trafficking, as well as identifying, investigating, and prosecuting traffickers.

Field-Generated Strategies to Address the Criminalization of Minor Victims of Sex Trafficking

The purpose of this program is to end the criminalization of minor victims of sex trafficking and develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs to support victim-centered, trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based responses to minor victims of sex trafficking.

Project Beacon: Increasing Access to Services for Urban American Indian and Alaska Native Victims of Human Trafficking Program

The purpose of this program is to increase the quantity and quality of services available to American Indian and Alaska Native victims of sex trafficking who reside in urban areas.

Preventing Trafficking of Girls

The goal of this program is to develop or enhance prevention and early intervention services for girls who are at risk of, or are victims of, sex and/or labor trafficking.

Services for Minor Victims of Labor Trafficking

The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for minor victims of labor trafficking.

Enhancing Juvenile and Family Court Responses to Human Trafficking

The goals of this program are to develop or enhance programs to provide direct services and diversion programs for youth in contact with the juvenile and family court systems who are victims of sex and/or labor trafficking or at risk for human trafficking due to past or current crime victimization, including child abuse and neglect.

Integrated Services for Minor Victims of Human Trafficking

This program is designed to enhance the availability, quality, and delivery of services tailored to the developmental stages and needs of young (minor) victims of human trafficking.
