Tribal Victim Services Training and Technical Assistance

Training and Technical Assistance Request Form

The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) offers no-cost training and technical assistance on a wide range of topics relevant to victim service providers and allied professionals serving American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities. The Tribal Victim Services Training and Technical Assistance (T-VSTTA) program is one such resource.

T-VSTTA provides tailored, victim-centered, and trauma-informed assistance to grantees and potential grantees as they develop sustainable programs and walk with victims and survivors of crime on their healing journey.

Our offerings include in-person and virtual education, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, hands-on technical assistance, and site visits. Engagements can range from simple requests for information to short-term projects to comprehensive and tailored efforts delivered over months. T-VSTTA provides services in areas such as shared response with law enforcement, community building, and MMIP response.
