2. Victim Assistance Subgrantee Data Import User Guide (optional): This step-by-step guide provides information on how to successfully use the PMT import feature.
    
3. TIMS: OVC Fiscal Year 2017 to Fiscal Year 2019 human trafficking programs implemented under 22 U.S.C. § 7105(b)(2) are required to submit client and performance data through OVC’s online Trafficking Information Management System (TIMS). TIMS is a password protected data collection tool developed by OVC to assist OVC-funded human trafficking victim service providers with collecting, organizing, and reporting performance measurement data.

Check the solicitation for a particular program, or your award if you are current grantee, for information on what to report and how to report.
