Santana Berry serves as a Program Manager on the OVC VOCA Center team. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, and a Masters of Social Work Concentration in Community and Social Development. Ms. Berry has six years of experience working in the Kentucky VOCA Assistance State Administering Agency, the Kentucky Justice & Public Safety Cabinet as a Grants Administrator. Prior to working for the Kentucky Justice & Public Safety Cabinet, she was with the Kentucky Domestic Violence Association for 3 years in a variety of capacities. She was an intern, AmeriCorps member serving as Assistant Project Director for the 2nd Chance Reentry Coaching Project and as the Project Assistant for a therapeutic writing program with incarcerated victims of crime. In her role as Grants Administrator for the Kentucky Justice & Public Safety Cabinet Ms. Berry has primarily served as a training and technical assistance provider for subrecipients on all aspects of grants management. She has also performed desk reviews and on-site monitoring of subrecipients to assess for compliance with federal and state grant requirements.
