The Enid District Attorney’s Office will host their annual Crime Victims’ Vigil at YWCA Enid, a powerful evening commemorating National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. This event provides crime victims with information about their rights and the many services available to them. An open Speak-Out offers survivors an opportunity to address the audience.
