Community Advocates for Family & Youth 6th Annual Unity Day to Commemorate National Crime Victims' Rights Week

During the annual observance of National Crime Victims' Rights Week (April 23–29), Community Advocates for Family & Youth coordinates a community event to raise awareness about how the needs of crime victims have grown during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This event marks a chance for survivors and area service providers to join together and inform the greater public about how the financial and personal upheavals and other pandemic conditions have endangered many victims of crime from an intimate partner or relative. It will be a fun filled day with music, food, vendors, service providers, legal and counseling consultation, games, face painting and many other activities for residents.
