Join the Elizabeth Collins Foundation for a free, public event to honor victims of crime with keynote speaker Patty Wetterling. The event will feature a memorial presentation for those that have lost their lives to homicide. Resources will be available for crime victims. A reception will follow to include vendors, resources, and light refreshments.
