Maui County National Crime Victims' Rights Week Ceremony and Candlelight Vigil

The Department of the Prosecuting Attorney is presenting a ceremony and candlelight vigil in honor of victims, survivors and service providers. Keynote speakers include a domestic violence survivor from Maui and Marina Pisklakova-Parker, who created the first domestic violence hotline for victims in Russia. She is also featured in the docudrama SEVEN. The ceremony will include remarks from the Prosecuting Attorney for Maui County, the Mayor (invited), and a hula tribute.
