The targeted audience for the National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW) Proclamation is all Family Justice Center partners including law enforcement, victim advocates, courts, local government city and county, and local business in order to have a lasting community impact. City of Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly and Hamilton County Mayor Weston Wamp will read the proclamation jointly. A survivor and District Attorney General Wamp will speak. The 2024 NCVRW Proclamation will held on April 19, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., eastern time. Lunch will provided to attendees through sponsorships and there will be an opportunity to donate food. This will the Family Justice Center's third annual NCVRW proclamation and the Center is estimating at least 200 individuals will attend this year.
