National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Community Awareness Event

In an effort to spread awareness about crime victims’ rights, the Manvel Public Library will be hosting the Manvel Police Department Community Relations Officer Carr-Lacy. There will have a table with helpful information about victims’ rights and more.
