Non-Discrimination Practices in Housing Programs

This webinar will provide an overview of how housing programs can successfully employ non-discrimination practices. The presenters will share best practices for how to uphold survivor rights in different types of housing model options (i.e.: shelters, transitional housing, scattered-site housing, or residential). Participants will receive practical examples of how to implement these practices within their own housing programs. Presenters will also discuss the protected classes covered under federal civil rights laws, including race, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, and physical or mental disability.
