The OVC VOCA Center – Learning Opportunity: How Victim Compensation Programs Can Use Data to Tell Their Story

The purpose of this session is to review national Victim Compensation data trends and highlights over the past 5 years. There will be a discussion on the purpose of performance indicators that will cover the strengths and limitations of the data. Administrators will have the opportunity to ask questions and have an open discussion on how performance data can be used to tell the story of the Victim Compensation Program to help guide decision-making in a variety of ways.
