This interactive three-day training is for VOCA Assistance Administrators and/or staff that perform subrecipient monitoring of the VOCA Assistance formula funds in their state. Administrators and staff will learn about monitoring requirements, risk assessments, developing a monitoring plan, and monitoring documents. Participants will conduct an on-site mock monitor with a VOCA funded program in Pittsburgh and have dedicated time to develop and enhance their monitoring documents.
