The OVC VOCA Center – Victim Assistance/Victim Compensation Wellness Workshops Self-Care Series #4 – “How to say NO and be your own HERO"

This session is designed for Victim Compensation and Victim Assistance Administrators and their staff who typically have too much to do and not enough time. Participants will learn new tools and techniques to help make “Yes/No” decisions and then communicate “no” decisions in a way that maintains trust and preserves relationships.
