The OVC VOCA Center – Victim Compensation Language Access Learning Community

This 3-day Learning Community will focus on how VOCA Victim Compensation Programs can provide meaningful language access to crime victims. Participants will hear from language access experts, peers who have been successful in developing promising practices, and federal civil rights professionals. This Learning Community will assist Victim Compensation Administrators and/or staff in developing or enhancing language access plans.
