The funding will support the Ohio Attorney General’s Office by enabling them to serve victims of the August 4, 2019 shooting in Dayton, Ohio’s Oregon District. Program funds will support necessary and ongoing trauma-informed, evidence-based healing and resiliency services to direct and indirect victims of the shooting. This award will provide funding for four additional mental health counselors, and related costs for their services, at two local mental health facilities.
