This applicant will provide funds from the Crime Victims Fund to enhance crime victim services in the State. Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) assistance funds typically are typically competitively awarded by the State to local community-based organizations that provide direct services to crime victims. NC/NCF
- New York Asian Women's Center, Inc. (DBA Womankind) proposes to enhance it's anti-human trafficking program, serving sex and labor trafficked survivors in New York City' five boroughs.

- Protect Our Pets (Mini Category)will create and expand options for domestic violence victims with pets by providing support and other resources and training to Safe Futures community partners.
