FY 2023 TVSSA Award- Caddo Nation of Oklahoma

The Caddo Nation is dedicated to addressing the needs of crime victims within our community through the implementation of a comprehensive victim services program. This initiative is designed to employ trauma-informed practices in a victim-centered approach, ensuring that each victim's unique needs are identified and addressed with appropriate follow-up services.

Our primary goal is to provide a wide range of support services and resources tailored to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood trauma, elder abuse, dating violence, stalking, and other violent crimes. By leveraging the funding from the OVC FY 2023 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Program, we aim to help victims and their families achieve safe and permanent housing over time, while offering the necessary resources to process their trauma and work towards a healthy and happy lifestyle.
