The St. Louis County, Minnesota, Public Health and Human Service (PHHS) Department provides services in the areas of Adults, Children & Families, Disabilities, Financial Assistance, and Public Health within a large, geographic area containing a diverse range of locales from rural to urban, in addition to two tribal nations.
This project will evaluate what support is required to enhance the work of financial exploitation investigations within the elder abuse MDT. The project will provide best-practice recommendations for structural and substantive inclusions of MDT work throughout Minnesota.
