Survivor Scholarship Program

This grant will provide funds to the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) to support victim attendance at their annual conference via a scholarship program. The program will help victims who have joined the victim's movement as advocates, counselors, and victim/survivors who could not otherwise afford to attend an annual conference. The NOVA conference is the only professional conference devoted solely to issues impacting crime victims at the federal, tribe, state, and local levels.
