The grantee will develop and disseminate the 21st edition of the National Crime Victims Rights Week (NCVRW) Resource Guide. Since 1986, the NCVRW Resource Guide has helped local, state and national victim assistance and allied organizations to promote the honored observance of NCVRW, first initiated in 1981 by President Ronald Reagan and celebrated every April ever since. Organizations have grown to rely on the Resource Guide to help them honor crime victims and survivors, and those who serve them, annually.
