Network of Emergency Trafficking Services (NETS) - Western Region

The purpose of this continuation award, one of several projects under the Services for Trafficking Victims Discretionary Grant Program, is to allow the Salvation Army, Western Territory, to continue to develop, and expand victim service programs for persons who have been identified by federal law enforcement as victims of a severe form of trafficking during the pre-certification period. The Salvation Army, Western Territory, will continue to provide comprehensive services to trafficking victims in the Western region and in the four target sites of Anchorage, Denver, El Paso, and Las Vegas; build effective community service networks to respond to victims' needs; and provide training to increase awareness among criminal justice entities, social service providers, and the public of the rights and needs of trafficking victims over a 27-month period.
