The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to support the planning and development of victimization-focused public awareness campaigns targeted at underserved and socially isolated populations that will raise community awareness of crime victims' rights and services.

The White Earth Band of Chippewa proposes the 'Anishinaabe Mino-Bimaadiziwin' (The Way of a Good Life for the Anishinaabe) a public awareness campaign developed based on Anishainabe values and beliefs to effectively address the impacts of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and teen dating violence on their reservation
