The purpose of the OVC FY 09 Action Partnerships initiative is to create partnerships among OVC, the victim services field, and national scope membership, professional and community service organizations to advance victims' rights and services through national-scope training, public awareness, and educational efforts. Through this project the National Crime Prevention council will develop and implement the Cyberbullying Victims Support Initiative which will educate victim service providers about cyberbullying and the role they can play to support victims through educational tools including podcasts and fact sheets. The project will also seek to build the capacity of providers to raise awareness of services for cyberbullying victims by developing and disseminating a podcast and community presentation kit. ca/ncf
