Collaborative Response for Youth Victims

The purpose of the OVC FY 09 Action Partnerships initiative is to create partnerships among OVC, the victim services field, and national scope membership, professional and community service organizations to advance victims' rights and services through national-scope training, public awareness, and educational efforts. Through this project, the National Center for Victims of Crime will collaborate with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to develop a model protocol for the Clubs on responding to youth victims and their families. The project will utilize a national advisory group and will produce an online Collaboration Action Network to feature resources, tools, and expert technical assistance to the Clubs implementing the protocol. ca/ncf
