The Vision 21: Using Technology to Expand National and International Access to Victim Services initiative supports projects using technology to interact directly with crime victims, providing support for improved assistance to victims, including information, referrals and online and hotline services.

Through the Sexual Assault Support & Help for Americans Abroad (SASHAA) program, the Americans Overseas Domestic Violence Crisis Center (AODVC) will provide direct services to American victims of sexual assault who are residing permanently or temporarily overseas, or traveling overseas, including on military bases, cruise ships, study abroad programs, etc. The project will also include launching a new website and an outreach and marketing campaign.
