The Comprehensive Tribal Victim Assistance Program is created to support tribal nations' efforts to develop or enhance and sustain a comprehensive victim assistance program that: 1) provides a coordinated collaborative multidisciplinary response to victims of crime, their families and community, and 2) provides trauma-informed, culturally competent holistic services to victims of crime, family, and community. - New York Asian Women's Center, Inc. (DBA Womankind) proposes to enhance it's anti-human trafficking program, serving sex and labor trafficked survivors in New York City' five boroughs.
