This project will enhance the current victim services programs to help fill gaps and allow the tribe to expand and coordinate efforts while they are experiencing a dramatic increase in the number of child out-of-home placements due to the drug epidemic that began in 2015 and continues. Red Cliff families are in crisis and families of crime victims will be served by this program. CA/NCF
