This project will fund a comprehensive needs assessment to gather data related to crime and victimization in their service region. The data gathered will be used to design a victim service strategic plan that will meet the needs of the tribal members, while not duplicating the individual efforts of member tribes. Funds will be used to support one 1 FTE Program Coordinator, a contract to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, and cover the expenses of the Program Coordinator to travel to member villages.
