The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for victims of human trafficking, to include enhancing the capacity of law enforcement and other stakeholders to identify victims and provide justice for those victims through the investigation and prosecution of their traffickers. This award made to Unbound Fort Worth is funded under FY 2020 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking which is designed to support the work of The Tarrant County Human Trafficking Task Force to a identify victims of all types of human trafficking within Tarrant County and surrounding areas, develop an effective and sustainable multidisciplinary task force that investigates and prosecutes sex and labor trafficking cases, with an additional focus on demand reducing effort; implement victim-centered and coordinated approaches to address the individualized needs of identified victims through a comprehensive array of services.
