The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for victims of human trafficking. Apply under the following three purpose areas (PAs). PA 1: up to 10 awards of up to $350,000 each will be made to support organizations that have limited or no prior experience in serving victims of human trafficking. PA 2: up to 10 awards of up to $750,000 each will be made to victim service organizations with a demonstrated history of providing a range of services to victims of human trafficking. PA 3: up to 10 awards of up to $550,000 each will be made to victim service organizations with a demonstrated history of providing a specialized service to victims of human trafficking. OVC expects to make awards for a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2020.
