OJP FY 2020 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking

This program seeks to develop or support multidisciplinary task forces  to combat human trafficking under 2 purpose areas (PAs). PA 1: help task forces with critical first steps related to starting up a multidisciplinary task force. PA 2: allows task forces to compete for funding to expand their task force operations and partnerships, implement task force sustainability plans, and assist OJP in building the capacity of other task forces. Each task force selected for funding will receive two separate grants: one from OVC to a victim service partner and one from BJA to a state, local, or tribal law enforcement agency partner. OVC and BJA anticipate making 18 awards under PA 1 (9 task forces) of up to $1.5 million per task force and up to 10 awards under PA 2 (5 task forces) of up to $1.5 million per task force. View changes to pages 1 and 8 made after the solicitation's initial release.
