OVC’s funding has increased significantly over the past 5 years, which has allowed OVC to intensify its efforts on behalf of trafficking victims, announce new initiatives, expand existing programs, and award more than $170 million to grantees in FYs 2019 and 2020 to serve this vulnerable population.
