The Office for Victims of Crime’s Achieving Excellence: Model Standards for Serving Victims & Survivors of Crime provides guidelines and recommendations to help victim service practitioners and program administrators improve the quality and consistency of their response to crime victims. The Program Standards recommend guidelines, policies, and procedures that victim-serving organizations should have in place, and identify ways of documenting and administering services.
