This national resource center provides resources and training for service providers, law enforcement, and other allied professionals to identify and respond to the crime of stalking. They also provide victims of stalking with information and referrals.

OVC helps fund the WomensLaw Email Hotline, which provides legal crisis intervention support using trauma-informed approaches that protect the safety and confidentiality of victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

This initiative promotes awareness of healthy dating relationships by making vital resources accessible to help teens experiencing dating violence and offering tips on preventing abusive relationships. The Loveisrespect.org helpline provides 24/7 phone (866-331-9474), text (LOVEIS to 22522), and online chat services to victims of dating violence; service providers and allied professionals; and concerned parents, friends and other members of the community.
