The COVA Conference is amongst the largest victim services conferences in the country. Over the course of 2.5 days, featuring 2 keynotes and 80 workshops, participants learn new skills and best practices for the victim services field. Workshops cover the following track topics: 

  • 101 Victim Advocacy, 
  • Advanced Victim Advocacy, 
  • Sexual Assault, 
  • Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence, 
  • Children and Youth Issues,
  • Law Enforcement/POST, 
  • Criminal Justice, 
  • Marginalized Victim Issues, 
  • Restorative Justice, 
  • Senior Issues, and
  • Wellness. 

The COVA Conference draws 900-1100 attendees from government agencies, district attorney offices, law enforcement, victim services field professionals, victim advocacy non-profit organizations, medical professionals, mental health professionals, military, as well as victims and survivors.
