National Day Of Remembrance

The grantee will co-host a symposium in Washington, DC, on September 25, 2008, where legislators, policy makers, attorneys, national victims organizations, and survivors of homicide victims, will gather to address issues of importance to victims of homicide and their survivors, highlight effective collaborative efforts and promising practice models for victim service providers from around the country, and promote the awareness of victim rights.
