CHNY will also be able to offer more permanency planning services to youth in our crisis shelter and safe house by working closely with Housing Specialists across CHNYs housing continuum. All services will be delivered at CHNYs main service center in Midtown Manhattan, or at one of our Bronx satellite sites. CA/NCF
