2018 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Community Awareness Projects OVC sought applications from organizations to provide financial and technical assistance to approximately 70 communities nationwide to conduct public education and awareness activities on crime victims’ rights and services in their jurisdictions during the 2017 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). This solicitation indicates that OVC would provide funding up to $375,000 for a 12-month project period and it noted supplemental funding may be provided in future years, subject to the availability of appropriated funds and meeting the preceding year’s project goals and objectives.
