Call for Victim Service Providers Interested in Measuring the Outcomes of Your Work

The iMPRoVE—Measuring Provider Responses to Victimization Experiences—tool can help victim service providers collect information on service outcomes and service quality from those they serve.

This online tool captures client data and displays it on an easy-to-use dashboard in real time that lets organizations and Tribes see how people are benefiting from their services, along with client satisfaction with the services they received. These data can be used to enhance program planning, staff training, outreach, and other activities.

Register for a virtual meeting to learn about this tool and the benefits of participating in a pilot test taking place this fall. Participants in the upcoming pilot test will see first-hand what types of insights the iMPRoVE tool can produce and have the opportunity to provide feedback about enhancements that would make it even more useful.
