We are very excited to announce the release of the FY 2024 VOCA Victim Compensation and Victim Assistance Formula Solicitations in JustGrants! Thank you to State Victim Resource Division’s Joel Hall and Malgorzata Bereziewicz and all of the other behind the scenes players like OVC’s Zoë French, Emily Bauernfeind, Lisa Ewing, and Albert Irion who helped edit, publish, release, and post the formula solicitations.
As a reminder, the application submission process is a two-step process. The Grants.gov close date for both awards is May 21, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., ET and the JustGrants deadline is May 28, 2024, at 8:59 p.m., ET. Find links to the solicitations and allocations below.

OVC will conduct a pre-application webinar during which OVC staff will review all planned FY 2024 VOCA formula solicitations, provide high-level information about solicitation requirements and conduct a Question-and-Answer session. Participation is optional. When the webinar has been scheduled, the details and registration information will be available at the preapplication webinar. Preregistration is required for all participants.
