VOCApedia

VOCApedia is a resource that addresses allowability questions related to the VOCA Formula Victim Assistance Grant Program Final Rule. Answers cover general provisions, match requirements, indirect cost rates, volunteers, pass-through entities, supplanting, subrecipient monitoring, reporting, allowable expenses, and more.

If you have a question(s) about managing your VOCA award that is not covered in VOCApedia, review our Contacts for Help with Your Award referral sheet for assistance.

VOCApedia is updated as we receive questions from the field and obtain answers. VOCA Assistance Administrators should send allowability questions through their OVC grant manager or ask them during our virtual Q&A sessions facilitated by OVC TTAC. Recordings are available through MyVOCA Resources on the OVC TTAC website.

Search for a specific question and answer using the "Search" box.
