The ICAC Training and Technical Assistance Program provides training and technical assistance to state and local agencies in support of their ICAC initiatives.

SAPRO is responsible for oversight of the U.S. Department of Defense's sexual assault policy. SAPRO works hand-in-hand with the military and civilian communities to develop and implement innovative prevention and response programs. This office provides services to victims of crime, including specialized services to victims of sexual assault.

The Chadwick Center for Children and Families promotes the health and well-being of abused and traumatized children and their families.

The Doe Network is an international volunteer organization devoted to assisting law enforcement in solving cold cases concerning unexplained disappearances and unidentified victims. A family support liaison is available to assist families with missing loved ones by answering questions on how to report your loved one missing to law enforcement or adding a listing on their website or NamUs. 

This organization is a forum for information, advocacy, and change to prevent violence against women.

The Network works closely with domestic violence coalitions, allied organization, and individuals to understand the ongoing and emerging needs of domestic violence victims and advocacy programs.

The Family Research Laboratory works to understand family violence and the impact of violence in families.

Pathways to Safety International (formerly the Americans Overseas Domestic Violence Crisis Center) provides crisis services to victims crime outside the United States, including the crimes of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

ECPAT International is a global network of organizations and individuals working together for the elimination of the sexual exploitation of children.

The Child Witness to Violence Project is a counseling, advocacy, and outreach project that focuses on the growing number of young children who are bystanders to community and domestic violence.

Use the CyberTipline to report cases of suspected online child sexual exploitation, including: online enticement of children for sexual acts, child sexual molestation, child sexual abuse material, child sex tourism, child sex trafficking, unsolicited obscene materials sent to a child, misleading domain names, and misleading words or digital images on the Internet.

The America's Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response (AMBER) Alert System is a voluntary partnership between law-enforcement agencies, broadcasters, transportation agencies, and the wireless industry, to activate an urgent bulletin in the most serious child-abduction cases.
