Jeff Blystone

Jeff Blystone is a VOCA Program Manager at the OVC VOCA center for VOCA Administrators (VOCA Center). Mr. Blystone has more than 10 years of experience in victim services. Mr. Blystone recently retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where he served as the Deputy Director for the Office of Victim Services at the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. His previous positions with the Commonwealth include 12 ½ years with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and 7 years with the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. He graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
