Actively Caring for People: Seven Principles for Criminal Justice Organizations

Actively Caring for People is a process founded by Dr. E. Scott Geller, Alumni Distinguished Professor from Virginia Tech. The process is based on a proven behavior model which serves to enhance civility in both community and organizational settings. First responders will learn the importance of the seven principles that can drastically transform the overall climate of an organization and a community.
