Join A Safe Place for a special evening during National Crime Victims' Rights Week! In partnership with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina and Interagency Council of North Carolina, A Safe Place will be hosting a candlelight vigil ceremony honoring crime victims, survivors, and their families on Monday, April 22, 2024. This event till take place at the Wilmington Riverwalk and all are invited to join.
Guest speakers include Jason Smith, Brian Stephany, and several family members of crime victims.
