Yuba County (California) Victim Services 31st Annual Candlelight Vigil

This annual event is being held to remember homicide victims and honor survivors. The event, which will kick off National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, will feature guest speakers, the reading of  victims names, and a photo slideshow.
