Saheli serves Asian survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and trafficking in 10 counties in Central Texas. Direct Services support a survivor’s safety, autonomy, and financial sustainability by providing legal/medical advocacy; interpretation; trauma- informed counseling; transitional housing; and economic empowerment services. The goal of this project is to improve the safety and wellbeing of Asian victims of crime who will not seek services elsewhere due to language barriers, cultural barriers, and geographic barriers.
